History

This is a parachute brown drake emerger with a deer-hair body, a pheasant tail and a white post. The Michigan Dry Flies archive credits it to the late Milt Coulson in the mid to late 1960s.

The Michigan Dry Flies archive describes Coulson as a longtime Trout Unlimited board member who helped organize the Challenge Chapter. No public source found so far confirms either the fly or those details.
