Jeff's Deer Hair Caddis
Unverified origin Only the archive card, contributed by Bonin.
History
Jeff Bonin of North Muskegon tied the first of these simple caddis dries in 1990. He says that on the Muskegon River it has beaten every other surface caddis he has tried against it, and he values it for being quick to tie and durable.
The deer-hair wing butts are left long, flared and clipped into a small muddler-style head.
