Peacock Bumble
Likely origin Deschaine's archive card and his own Fly Anglers Online column agree, but both come from one author and no independent source has been found.
History
Tom Deschaine designed the Peacock Bumble in 2013, a spun deer-hair bumblebee with a black rear, a yellow front and a peacock herl head.
Tapering the black abdomen lets the yellow wing hair lie back over it. He fished it from late August until the frosts.
