Simple Hex Spinner
Also called Lord's Simple Hex Spinner
Likely origin The archive card gives tyer, place and 1996; a separate 2014 FAOL forum post (not by Deschaine) also credits Lord but gives no date or place.
History
Mark Lord of Kingsley designed this easy Hex spinner in 1996: a yellow yarn belly under a deer-hair back, with spent white wings.
Other tyers have adapted it; a 2014 Fly Anglers Online step-by-step credits Lord with the original and swaps the yarn for foam.
