Skam Man
Likely origin Only the designer's own account on his guide-service site; no independent source found for the date or design story.
History
Named for the Skamania-strain steelhead, this jig-riding streamer was first meant to copy the young steelhead hatched in the Manistee River. Kraimer found it also passes for shiners, juvenile rainbows and other small baitfish and now fishes it for trout and bass on sink-tip or floating lines.
