Snowshoe Sulfur
Also called Hatcher's Sulfur (incorrect)
Unverified origin Only the archive card, supplied by Gates Lodge's Josh Greenberg, credits Gates and Nethers; no other source was found.
History
The Snowshoe Sulfur is a Gates Au Sable Lodge emerger, worked out around 1989 by Rusty Gates and Josh Nethers for the sulfur hatch. A tuft of snowshoe rabbit trails as the shuck behind a thread body and a deer-hair post.
It is sometimes sold as Hatcher's Sulfur after Chris Hatcher, who tied the card sample, but that name is a mistake.
