Autumn Offender
Also called Ted's Autumn Offender
Likely origin Rainy's Flies lists it under Ted Kraimer's designs, which confirms the designer; the date and design story come only from Kraimer's own site.
History
Despite the name, Kraimer fishes this as a year-round trout streamer. He assembled it from colors and materials that had worked for him when his usual flies were not, and it suggests sculpins, chubs and young trout without copying any one of them. He fishes it with a twitch and pause and has also swung it for steelhead.
Rainy's Flies sells it under his name.
