Maddin's Energizer Sculpin
Also called Energizer Sculpin
Likely origin Global FlyFisher and Ahrex name Maddin as designer and he ties it on camera; no date before 2025.
History
A smaller two-hook sculpin that Maddin calls a must-have for early season. It follows the same layout as his Circus Peanut, a short trailing hook joined to the front hook with beaded mono, but scaled down and in drab sculpin colors, with hen-hackle fins standing in for a sculpin's pectorals.
Maddin tied it for Ahrex Hooks in a 2025 video. No earlier source or design date was found.
