Maddin's Oogie Woogie
Also called Boogie Woogie
Unverified origin One source (The Northern Angler, 2020), and it spells the name two ways.
History
A night fly for big browns, also shown at Flies at The Franklin in January 2020. Maddin's idea was that night fishing usually means mice, but trout also eat large insects after dark, such as Dobsonflies, that hardly anyone imitates. It is meant for the warm nights around and after the Hex hatch.
The shop's write-up spells it both Oogie Woogie and Boogie Woogie; we use the page title's spelling.
